Dear Friends:
It's a time of transition and new beginings for this family. After 11 years of "being" Thunderpaws, I have taken on a partner. Her name is Karen Stewart.
Thanks to Karen's efforts, I have begun to travel a bit more with my retired husband, Lenny. We are begining to take some of those trips we've been promising ourselves over the years.
Karen is a wonderful addition to ThunderPaws. She handles sales and service with the same sense of ownership that I hold dear, and I believe that is why so many of you continue to purchase your toys and treats from us.
Traveling is not my only reason for passing on responsibilities to Karen; I have my writing. This is something that I have been drawn towards and I can finally devote some of my time to listening to my muse.
We would like to thank our faithful customers, because of you we are able to continue to offer the very best products and service available.
From its beginning, ThunderPaws has consistently donated a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our products to Best Friends Animal Society as well as other organizations, all of whom share a commitment to our animal friends. We will continue to do this. We have also set up a gift program to further benefit the animals.
Our home and our hearts are with our furry friends. Thank you for your continued support as we move ahead.
